She assists in all areas of marketing for the company. Her number one job is raising the couple’s two children, Grace and Matthew and keeping them involved in community activities.
Bob Vastine is Prescott Landscape Professional’s Director of Landscape Design. He is the former owner of Nature West for 18 years, before joining forces with Prescott Landscape Professionals. He also worked at Watters Garden Center for 8 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management Northern Arizona University, which is an asset for all customers wanting to create patios, gazebos, and other outdoor construction projects. He can provide a set of architectural drawings for clients, and even a computer rendering of before and after images for viewing how a landscape will look with suggested plants. Bob also comes onsite to do estimates and oversees all projects being built.
Originally from San Diego, Andy Roncaglia worked for many years in the golf industry. Owner Josh Crothers recognized Andy’s ability to work in a variety of positions, initially starting as a laborer, but quickly moving-up to his current position as Maintenance Account Manager. He is always eager to learn the industry and his position as a manager allows him to be in the field with the crew, but also work directly on accounts. He finds it rewarding to help clients make their yards look the best they can be.
Jake started with Prescott Landscape Professionals at an entry level position with an interest in learning all about the landscaping business. His interest and enthusiasm for the job quickly moved him from a landscaper to a crew leader, and then estimator. The experience he received in all departments has helped make his curiosity of landscaping into a full-time career. He is grateful for the on-the-job training that was afforded to him here at PLP. In his off time, he enjoys getting out in nature on his bike or trekking the backwoods of Arizona and California on his quad.
Every company needs a cheerleader, and Melody Hughbanks is just that for us here at Prescott Landscape Professionals. Melody handles our Human Resources Department and helps with everything from recruiting new team members to celebrating our staff’s Birthdays. She also handles getting our projects on social media. And if there’s a team party at our place, which we enjoy celebrating our team often, Melody is most likely behind its fun success. On her time off she enjoys golf, camping, and home time with her husband, two German Shepherds and her cats, Laverne & Shirley.
If you call our office, most likely Melissa Dupree will be the cheery voice on the other end of the phone. She is our Girl Friday, handling many office duties throughout the day. From invoicing and payments, to scheduling irrigation visits, Melissa is a very important helper around the office. On her off time, she’s a busy mom to her five-year-old and two-year-old twins.
Bo Nilsson is one of Prescott Landscape Professionals outside sales people. He started in landscaping in the field, learning his skills hands on, and has been in the industry for more than ten years. Bo currently manages coming on site to review clients landscape needs, and from there, he works up an estimate of what a project will cost. He truly enjoys the one-on-one relationships he develops with clients and is proud to be a part of the team at PLP.
